So I figured a couple weeks ago or so that I needed to come up with a sort of 12 step program for healing myself. I still have not much of a clue as to what to do or when or how etc. I did do 1 thing tho so far so I figure I could put a list in here and keep it on going. This change I'm working on is a life change not just a temporary fix. Maybe actually seeing the list and things being done will help me remember to keep my resolve. Its actually going to be more then 12 steps, that's just a general idea.

*Note to self to remember, as long as I try, I won't fail. If something is too hard, work through it and try again. Try taking some notes on how it made me feel. Put a date on when done or tried to do. If just a tried to do, then put date of success after. Doesn't matter how many times its tried until success, I can't give up. The alone factor must be remembered but doesn't have to be put each time.

Let the lists begin (and I'll cheat and start with the thing I did already lmao):

1 Go out to eat IN restaurant: Done Dec 18, 2009. Went to HongKong Buffet for Chinese. Was hard but pestered Bill with texting and even tho food went down like lead, I survived and I was the only lone person in the place. Never did that before even when I did things on my own (going to boardwalk stalls in seaside does not count as eating in rotflmao).

2 Go to a movie theater:

3 Take a day trip to some place new:

4 Start a hobby and work on it at least a short time weekly:

Hobby ideas: Do puzzle, paint picture, learn to make candles, cook real food that healthy, plant herb pots for in kitchen, grow plants (remember how much that was enjoyed), read (a long forgotten passion since online lol),

5 Take a hike in woods:

6 Go fishing:

7 Get a Bow and relearn archery:

8 Write the story to completion:

9 Get hair cut/colored and nails done at least bi monthly (as can afford for pampering, if money tight, do it myself, I used to all the time): Got hair cut, colored and brows waxed December 31, 2009. I loved the hair cut. I finally found a stylist that did what I wanted (the others never got it the way I wanted, was cute but I was never happy with it, last time was the worst. I liked it for 3 days and then hated it n went over a year without getting it done again). Now to just do it bi-monthly. I think just doing that makes me look less haggard and old. I think I look about 5 years younger. This was a literal spurr of the moment move, just walked in cause wally was too crowded lol. Always make appointments type thing.

10 Take a REAL vacation:

11 Get a good camera and take pictures of adventures to make scrap book type things:

12 When the urge to do a little adventure hits DO IT! Stop telling myself no because its scary or I don't have the money or I'm just too tired. Excuses won't help the healing.:

13 Find inspiration and funny quotes to read daily, kind of like a calendar type thing. Make a note of like if told them to someone and it helped or if they make me feel any way and re-read through the notes at the end of the year:

14 Pottery classes or some place where I can throw on potters wheel and all that jazz. Could even look in to getting a small kiln for home and do stuffies. Pottery was one of my favorite escapes from the hurt. I've forgotten again even though I remembered again when I went in to the nut ward:

15 Fish tanks (real ones, not just Spot). Fish used to sooth me when I had awesome tanks set up. Get a large one with tons of fishies and try a small salt water tank (learn how to do that FIRST!):

16 Get a HOME (ie when move make it mine even if just renting.... Decorate, make it cozy and no damned computer in bedroom! Only bed in bedroom, shoot myself if I go back to staying in just 1 room lol):

17 Go on a couple overnight camping trips this summer:
