Part 4 Ireland to Scottland

Omega.....

I reply "Aye that is true." I jump up mounting the beast.

"So you wish to know the story of my family. Well I can tell you only the start for there were over a thousand gods and goddesses. My father was the main god called Goruda. He was the one who kept all of his brother and sisters in line. Yes all of my family was gods. Then there was my mother. A Shape Shifter named Chi. She was the most loving woman I knew and I was sad when the god killers came and killed her in front of me.I only excaped becauseI had hidden my scent and look."Shifts into an replica of Shylah. "It is not that hard." A tear comes to my eye a bit. I wipe it off and contiune on "There was Shinigami who was the god of peace. When father let him rule for a while all was at peace and it was beautiful. Then there was Uttsukii the goddess of love and passion. Her first daughter Megami was suppost to bear my children but it was not to be so."

A tear comes to my eye again. I wipe it away and look at Shylah. I almost see a look of compassion before I said "Shall we get going? Everyone must be wating on you and I have not eaten in 3 days"

Katt.....

As I knee Feather into a gentle trot, I think for a few moments on what Omega's said and things from my own past. "It would seem we immortals tend to deal with quite a bit of sadness. Too much it feels at times."

Feeling a jostling against my leg from one of the pockets in my cloak, I remember the apple I'd snatched before leaving for my ride. Picking it out, I offer it to Omega "Good thing I'd ordered a feast for tonight. If there is anything special you would like, feel free to ask Cook when we get there. I'm quite confident in those that serve the Manor even though I don't know most of them anymore. If she doesn't have what you may wish for, I can have it gotten easily."

Omega.....

Omega smiles. "I thank you for this." Takes the apple from her. "I really must protest next time you go out into this land bring something or someone to protect you. I myself will be willing to be a guard for you if that is needed."

A smile comes across my face has I place a hand on her shoulder. "Like I told you in the story there are god killers in this land and most of them who have tried to fight them have died. I have almost died but was able to get away."

I sniff the air knowing that we are close. "I will tell you this has long has you are in this land for you being so kind to me my services are always available for you. So if I might ask what brought you to this land and would you like to see more lands?"

Katt.....

I can't help but giggle a little bit. "Things are not as they always seem. I may look like a Lady of the Manor at the moment, but trust me, I have no fear of any assassins, be they God killers or not. When my time comes, it will take more then one to take me out. I protect myself well with my sword and martial art skills." Smiling I call up a small energy surge and send it twirling about us like a purrple fairy. "My magic skill comes in handy as well being wereligeress."

Looking around at lands that are the same, yet quite different from my last visit home "A guard I do not need, though I welcome the offer. My horse and dogs warn me when I am facing danger. A companion however would be most welcome when I go exploring. Tis been many years since my last time home and I miss it. I chose this section of land for its remoteness as well as beauty. The Manor protects my brother while I am away. Not that he needs it."

Off in the distance I see forms moving swiftly towards us. FeatherFeet begins to prance excitedly as they draw nearer. Turning to smile back at Omega "It would seem the Dog Master has sent the hounds to search for me. Supper must be at hand. Hold firm, Feather is in the mood to run with them, a favorite past time of ours."

Laughing, I let FF loose and as we meet the hounds, they turn as a group and run surrounding us. The thunder of hooves and paws striking the ground music to my ears.

Omega.....

I Look and see the dogs surrounding us and become a bit uneasy about it. "You stated you need someone to show you the lands and I will do it. One thing is you must listen to everything I say, never doubt me or not listen for there are many traps now."

"Hold on. Let me see if you can out race me then."I say smiling a bit letting my wings out and jump down.

I look in her eyes again,'oh how I could stay looking in the for hours and day and forever if I was let' I think. "Are you read to race?" I ask getting ready to go I look at her and say "I will even give you a 3 second head start." I smile knowing I am going to play this one fair and not just teleport.

I get ready to go waiting to hear if she says yes. "Are you rready?

Katt.....

Taking a moment to tuck my cloak around me so there is less resistance to the wind, I grin at Omega and swiftly knee Feather into a full out run before yelling back laughingly "AYE".

Tucking low against the horse, I enjoy the feel of the wind whipping against us, tangling mane and hair together behind me. Each stride sends Feathers legs longer and faster until they must seem a blurr to watch. Gradually the pack of dogs falls behind.

Omega.....

I smile has I start off giving her a bit of a lead. I catch up rather quickly has I turn and look at Shylah and smile at her.

I watch the dogs leave us till they are gone and see that we are less that 10 meters from the place. I put on more speed by giving myself one good flap and make it there barely ahead of her.

Has I stop I hope take her off of FF and whisper in her ear "You know there is a price for facing me and lose and I will allow you to give it to me later. I will tell you if you want or you can ask later."

I take a deep breath in a smell the wonderful smells. I look back at her and say "Everything smells great ja?" I smirk trying to kinda give her a bit of a clue to where I truly reside.

I extend my hand be a gentelman for her to take hoping she doesnt slap me for it. "Shall we go in now love?"

Katt.....

"I'll heed your warning concerning the traps. I know the grounds surrounding the Manor are safe enough due to things that protect it. When I go to go beyond though, I shall ask for your escort, if you will."

Hesitating a moment, I then reach for his hand and begin leading the way to the kitchens. Curiosity, always a bane of mine, I can't not ask "So what is the price for you winning the race?"

As I ask that, I get a huge nudge in my back that nearly tumbles me. Greatful that I'd been holding onto Omega, the only reason I wasn't knocked on my face, I grimace and then laugh while turning towards FeatherFeet. "Ok Ok. You can come with for some sugar!" Rounding my arm under his neck, without thinking, I again reach for Omega's hand and start walking to the kitchen again, telling a groom that has appeared to unsadle then cool off FF after his sugar treat.

Omega.....

A smile appears on my face has she grabs my hand. "For you losing to me I will be nice and ask for nothing more than a kiss from you."

I look over at FF and give him a good pat on the head "You did good there. Better then everyone else I raced."I look at the horse and pull a cube of sugar out from my trench and hand it to the horse. "I hope this doesn't bother your tummy."

After giving FF his treat I look at Shylah and ask her "Shall we go in now for the food smells great?" The tinkle in her eye in now more visible and I see a side to her that I didn't see before.
"Let us go in for I know you were missed." I then start to lead the way hand in hand with Shylah. Has we approach the door I hear what sounds like dogs coming up from behind it."You have pets ja?"

Katt.....

"Interesting price." Standing on tiptoe, I give him a quick peck on the cheek. "Aye, I have quite a few pets. 4 that are my travel companions at most times."

Once we get into the kitchen, I go grab some sugar and apple and take it out to Feather and his Groom. "Take good care of him, he had a good run."

Turning back to Omega "Would you care to stay here? If so, I shall go have some rooms readied for you while you have a snack."

Omega.....

I blush from the kiss "That wasnt the type of kiss I was talking about but it will do seeing that we have not fully known each other."

I nod "Ja I will stay if you wish for you have emploied my services remember?" I smeel the air. "You wouldnt by chance have a good strong drink by chance would you."

I look down still realizing I am holding her hand. "I have many pets myself in my manor and if you wish I would call for them. They will get here in not time flat if you can stand little dragons."

I look into her eyes and see that this relationship has started to take a whole new turn. "Stop thinking that" I say "I am not the type to take liberties on a beautiful woman like yourself or would I." I see her face flush a bit and wait for the answers to the questions I had asked.

Katt.....

Staring at his hand for a moment, confusion rushing through my mind, I let it go. Shaking my head slightly "I'm sure there is plenty to choose from." Nodding at a close by servant, he steps up to me and I order him to bring a full selection of what is on hand.

"Dragonettes? They are quite adorable! I havn't seen any of those for many years! As for liberties taken, you'll know full well when you've gone too far and I only give 1 warning. After that, all hell breaks loose."

Omega.....

I nod "Thank you for the drink then."

I whistle and my pets fly into the room and land on my shoulders. "I have raised them all from birth but soon must let them go. For they one day might grow has big has myself."

I look at her again. "I do appologize for being so foward to you but must say you are a beautiful lady who I would not mind getting to know better if I was allowed." I smirk knowing that a slap most likely is coming my way.

I stat to walk to the cabinet trying to get a good strong vodka first. I look back and watch what Shylah does and says.

Katt.....

I duck my head shyly for a second with smile, embarrassed yet enjoying the compliment.

To get my mind focused I look at the Dragonettes "They are so cute! May I hold one?"

Omega.....

I nod taking Shinigami off my shoulder. "Here you can hold this one."

I watch has he cudlles up to her and tells me telepaticaly. ' This is your one Omega.'

I look at her "Would you like to keep one love?" I notice her blush more form calling her love and start to blush myself.

Katt.....

Snuggling the little dragon I purr softly to it before looking up to Omega while trying to get the red out of my face "Really? I'd love to have one! What is this one's name?"

Omega.....

I smile. "His name is Shinigamii. He is my most trusted and loyal pet. He is now your most loyal pet and friend."

I take her hand like it was normal and ask her "Shall we go eat now ja?"

Katt.....

Raising Shinigamii to my face, I give him a little nuzzle then set him on my shoulder "Thank you very much! I'm honored you trust me with him."

Leading the way to the dining hall, I send a mental message to Bear, Jon and Jondalar to come join us for supper. As we sit, I ask how to take care of Shinigamii. A moment later I hear footsteps running towards the hall from the front library area.

"I would have to say Jondalar approaches. Fair warning, he may look a full a grown man, but his mind is still child like for now. I'll explain later."

Omega.....

I nod. "All you have to do is feed him and give him drink like I drink."

I hear the steps and gear the breathing. "You will have to explain to me later."I feed a peace of meat to goruda who is on my left shoulder and the only one left for the rest went home. "I will be very deilcate with the situation."

JondalarSon.....

"Mommaaaa, I heared yu's call n tis so much diffrnt frum whin yu did dat whin me was ghosty."

I eyes dat new guy wif momma as I goes over to giv her a hug. "Who's yu? Whats ya got on yer shuldr? MOMMA yu's gots one tu! Dey's purrty nifty lookin."

Omega.....

I smile at the young man. "My name is Omega Shiro Bara. What you see here on your mothers shoulder and mine are my pets. Would you like to pet and hold one?"

I see the child is a good child and is very loyal and the voice once again says to me 'This is the one your father told you about.' I smile and look at Shylah and then at the child. "Would you like to hold one?

JondalarSon.....

I turns to momma wif a wori luk. "I so clumsy now, yu tink I culd wifout hurtin it?"

*gives her a pleading look

Katt.....

"Aye, if Omega doesn't mind. Just remember what I told you. Move slow, your body is bigger now so you don't need to rush as much as you think. You'll get past the clumsyness as you adjust to the bigger body."

*Silently watchs to see how Omega deals with my man/boy son.

Omega.....

I pick up goruda and hand it to him. "Now just keep your hands open and dont move very qiuckly or you will startel him."

I watch has Goruda flies into the young mans open hands and watch has he sniffs around and flies up the boy onto his shoulder where he lays down.

"I think he likes you. Now you just have to be careful and slow with him right now. You can pet him just not to hard hes still young." I watch has goruda tells me ' He will be or I will nip at his finger.' I smile and say "If you hurt him he will nip and we dont need that right now. So just be slow and careful like you would be to a flower or a newborn child."

I see the young man/boys face light up has he pets Goruda and goruda blows a little fit of a fire ball out in satisfaction.

"Would you like him has a pet young man?"

Bear.....

*As i wake from a nap and pick up my little baby girl pup i stop and try and think of a good name. I look into her eyes and feel that it should be something she will like as much as i will. So i name her Cherokeerose for she beautiful eyes and her soft fur*

As i see the serverts walk past talking about the big man that Shylah has brought home i wounder who he is . So i get dressed and go off to find this big man i keep hearing whispers over.
